Trinity

Between the areas of Newhaven and Warriston lies the popular and sought-after area of Trinity. Made up mainly of homes, Trinity is a desirable area filled with beautiful properties found down picturesque, tree-lined streets. Nearby you’ll find lots of green space with Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanical Gardens just a short walk away. With properties being mainly residential, it is somewhat limited in the way of amenities but with Newhaven, Waitrose and Craigleith Retail Park nearby, you wont have to go far for all your shopping needs.

Location

Trinity is located North of the city centre and is well connected by the Lothian Bus routes, in particular the number 23 which takes you from Trinity, across the city centre. Parking is generally limited to on-street with some areas restricted to permit-holders only. In comparison to some areas of Edinburgh, Trinity can be considered quite a quiet area due to not being a main route to or from the city centre.

Places to Visit

Inverleith Park
Close by to Trinity is Inverleith Park. A lovely open park, with lots of green space, play parks, sporting facilities and ponds. Perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor exercise. Inverleith Park also plays host to events such as the annual Foodies Festival. It is also a favourite place to watch the fireworks at Edinburgh castle at Hogmanay.

The Royal Botanic Gardens
Again, close to Trinity and a lovely place to take a stroll. The Royal Botanic Gardens was established in 1670 and is now a world-renowned centre for plant science, horticulture and education. It is also a lovely place to visit when you need an escape from the bustle of the city.
