Leith Links

Area Guides from Cameron Stephen & Co.

Leith Links

A close contender to the infamous Edinburgh Meadows, Leith Links brings acres of beautiful open park to the area of Leith. Originally designed as a Golf Course, where you can still see Giants Brae and Lady Fyfe’s Brae; artillery mounts from The Siege or Leith in 1560. These days you’ll now find playparks, playing fields, a community orchard & tennis courts all on offer at Leith Links park. With close access to the amenities of Leith Walk, Easter Road & the Kirkgate, as well as regular buses direct to the City Centre it’s easy to see why Leith Links is a such popular location. Only a stone’s throw from the bars and restaurants of The Shore and Ocean Terminal, you’ll not find yourself short of entertainment here either.

Location

You’ll find Leith Links just off the bottom of Leith Walk, towards The Shore. With frequent buses from Lothian Bus stopping right on Leith Links. Parking is limited to small amounts of on-street parking.
