It is not uncommon for people to say that their estate agent charged them such and such to sell their home and that indeed will

Home | Fixed Fee Estate Agents | Request a Sale Quote
It’s important for you to request a sale quote to give you a good idea of what it is going to cost you to sell your home and, if you’re planning to buy your new home, the costs of that as well, so that you can plan your budget.
Not all estate agents and solicitors charge the same fees and so it’s good to compare their fees and costs.
But just as important as the fees and costs, it’s important for you find out what you’re going to get for your money.
At Cameron Stephen & Co, we are proud to give a QUALITY personal service with GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY with our Fixed Fee for Estate Agency
Our Fixed Fee for Estate Agency is £999 (inc. VAT) whatever the value of your property.
So unlike most other estate agents, we don’t charge a commission, just a simple fixed fee.
There are other costs involved and these will be detailed and explained to you in our Quote.
Some of those costs vary depending on the value of your property (for example, the home report) and that is why we ask you to give us an indication of the value of your property.
That’s easy.
Either, give us a call on 0131 555 1234 or complete the information below and email it to us.
We shall then give you a call at a time that is best for you and then we shall email you with a fully detailed and easy to understand breakdown of all the costs and fees involved.
And if you are thinking of buying, let us know what price range you are thinking of and we can also send you a costing for your purchase
