Edinburgh – and indeed Scotland – has had an influx of good food appear on it’s doorstep in recent years.
And what better way to celebrate that than with a dedicated Scotland Food & Drink Show, right here in Edinburgh?
Hosted at The Royal Highland Centre in Ingliston, the Scotland Food and Drink show is a weekend of food-filled fun for all the family. Expect lots of local food and drink vendors, masterclasses for those who want to be in-the-know, entertainment just for the kids and live cookery demonstrations all weekend.
Demonstrating on Saturday is our very own Amy Lorimer of Baking with Granny (who also does our blog & social media marketing). She’ll be making a real Scottish favourite – Empire Biscuits! And we have it on good authority that samples will also be available.
Another one to look out for are our favourite Edinburgh bakery, Mimi’s Bakehouse who will exhibiting across the weekend.
Best of all, the Scotland Food and Drink Show is FREE entry. Not only that but Lothian Buses are putting on a fleet of buses to and from the City Centre, direct to the Show, which again are FREE.
