Home | Fixed Fee Estate Agents | Request a Free Valuation
Hello
We’re Cameron Stephen & Co, solicitors and estate agents based in Leith Edinburgh and we offer a great fixed fee estate agency service for our clients.
If you are thinking of selling your home, then as a first step, why not ask us to give you a free, no obligation pre-sale valuation of your home.
On this page of our website, we explain why a pre-sale valuation is an important first step for you, what you can expect and how to request it.
We believe there are two very good reasons why it is a good idea for your to get a free pre-sale valuation of your home if you are thinking of selling.
First, it’s really important for you to get a good idea of the price you can expect to achieve when you sell your property before you make your decision to sell; and
Second, it gives you the chance to meet the agent who will be marketing your property and to find out more about their company, the process and costs involved, not just in selling but also in buying your next home, if that is your plan.
Our pre-sale valuations are accurate.
Our friendly and professional staff have years of experience in the local Edinburgh property market and will provide you with an accurate idea of the value of your property and also the likely price you could achieve in the current market.
We shall not over-value your property just to try to secure your business, and we shall always back-up our valuations with evidence of recent sales and reasons.
We will answer any questions you have about the marketing process, what’s involved and what the costs are.
We can also answer any questions you have about buying your next property if that is your plan.
It’s free. The pre-sale valuation is free and is given without any obligation. We shall certainly never use it as an occasion to pressure you into choosing us to sell your property.
One of our estate agency team will get in touch with you to ask you a few more questions and then arrange to come out to see you at your property.
They will then do some research of recent similar property sales in your area.
When our estate agency team member meets you, they will take a look around your property, give you their opinion of the current market value of your property (the likely home report value) and an indication of what selling price you could expect to achieve in the current property market.
The team member will also be able to answer any questions you have regarding the sale process.
The meeting can be arranged for your convenience and should only take around 30 minutes or longer if you have any questions.
After the meeting, you will be sent an email to confirm our opinion of the value of your home and will send you information on the marketing and selling process and a detailed breakdown of the costs of marketing and selling your home and costs for buying your next home if that is your plan.
That’s easy.
